Am I tied down to a contract?
Nope. I operate on a monthly rolling contract, so if you decide to cancel, you'll simply be responsible for the month we're currently in. I don't believe in locking clients into lengthy agreements. Many agencies rely on long-term contracts because they need the security, but I'd rather let the results speak for themselves. In fact, around 90% of my clients have stayed with me since launching in 2023.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
None from me. The only time additional costs may apply is if you require professionally produced content, whether that's photography, videography or specialist creative work. That said, I'm able to produce around 90% of the content most businesses need at no extra charge.
How do I know you're the right person to work with?
The honest answer is that you probably won't know for certain until we have a conversation. However, if you're a small or local business looking for straightforward, effective marketing support, there's a very good chance we'll work well together. What I can guarantee is that I make the process simple, transparent and easy to understand. The rest comes down to earning your trust through results and consistency over time.
What experience do you have?
I've worked in digital marketing for more than 10 years and have had the opportunity to support brands including Camden Hells, UEFA and Knight Frank. Whilst that experience has been invaluable, working with small and local businesses is where my passion really lies, which is exactly why WAX exists. I enjoy helping ambitious business owners compete with larger companies through practical, results-driven marketing strategies that genuinely make a difference.
