Which platforms do you manage? +
We manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as standard, as these are the platforms most relevant for the majority of SMEs. If your business has a strong case for another platform such as TikTok or Pinterest, get in touch and we can discuss whether it makes sense to include it.
Do you create the photos and videos? +
We do not produce photography, video, or graphic design assets. Clients provide their own creative. What we do is tell you exactly what to create, brief you on the format and messaging for each piece of content, write all the copy, and handle all the scheduling, posting, and campaign management around those assets.
Is my ad budget separate from your management fee? +
Yes, always. Your ad spend goes directly to the platform and is entirely yours. Our management fee is a separate, clearly stated monthly charge. You will always know exactly what you are paying us and what is going to the platform, with no blending of the two.
Can you run paid social without doing the organic as well? +
Yes. You can take paid social management on its own, organic management on its own, or both together. Running both together tends to deliver stronger results as a consistent organic presence builds credibility that makes paid campaigns more effective, but we will always recommend what makes sense for your budget and goals.
Am I tied into a long-term contract? +
